  • What can I report?

    If you know of, are involved in, or are affected by a situation that violates the Vesta Code of Ethics, report it to the Vesta Ethics Line.

  • How do I report?

    You can contact your direct manager, the Chief Integrity Officer or go directly to the Vesta Ethics Line.
    Gather all the detailed information to support your report with evidence. Write your report in a clear way, with the description, date and place of the facts.

  • How do I use the platform?

    • Enter the form.
    • The dynamic web assistant will take you by the hand asking relevant questions.
    • Complete all required fields.
    • When you complete your report, the system will give you a folio. It is very important that you keep it to be able to follow up on the report.
  • What is the process that my complaint will follow once it has been filed?

    When a complaint is received, it will be analyzed independently by the Ethics Committee. Any decision adopted upon receipt shall be made in a reasoned and proportionate manner, considering the circumstances of the facts reported, with full respect for the rights and due guarantees for the complainant and for the persons reported. When the Ethics Committee considers that there are sufficient elements to initiate an investigation, it shall be conducted in an objective, detailed and fair manner. Full cooperation is expected from employees and third parties in internal or external investigations. Throughout the investigation process, the presumption of innocence is guaranteed for all persons concerned. Vesta takes any allegations seriously and we expect that under no circumstances will unfounded or bad faith reports be made to any person.

  • How do I know there will be no retaliation after making a report?

    The Ethics Committee guarantees impartial treatment of complaints. We have a Whistleblower Protection Policy to act in accordance with due process and ethically in the treatment of whistleblowers, ensuring their anonymity and safety. (add link to Whistleblower Protection Policy).

  • How long will it take to resolve a report that has already been made?

    EthicsGlobal sends the information to the Ethics Committee within a maximum of 48 hours after the report has been made; due to the complexity of each particular case, The Committee will determine the time frame for investigation and resolution of the reports made.

  • What happens if I want to add information after my report is done?

    Enter your follow-up folio and you will be able to know the status of the investigation, know the conclusion and corrective measures, provide evidence or additional information and report corrective measures, provide evidence or additional information, and report any recurrence of the misconduct reported.
